What I help with
AI-assisted development adoption
I help teams adopt tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot properly: setting up workflows, code-review guardrails, and quality control so AI speeds you up without eroding the reliability of your codebase. This is the subject of my book You Are the Quality Control, and I practice it daily.
Offline, on-premise AI deployments
My specialty. I help organizations run generative AI entirely inside their own infrastructure: self-hosted models, private inference, and AI-assisted engineering workflows that never send code or data outside your network. You get the productivity gains without surrendering privacy, data control, or security. If your industry or your clients demand that data stays in-house, this is for you.
Architecture and modernization
Application architecture design and review, legacy-stack modernization, and cloud architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, from planning through deployment and monitoring.
Second opinions and architecture review
Sometimes you don’t need a long engagement, just an experienced outside eye. I review architectures, plans, and codebases and tell you plainly what is sound, what is risky, and what I would do differently.
Team training and workshops
Hands-on training for engineering teams: AI-assisted development practices, cloud platforms, and DevOps. I have delivered multi-day corporate workshops (including AWS workshops in Delhi) and webinar series on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
How engagements work
- Advisory calls: hourly, over video call or email. Good for second opinions, architecture discussions, and unblocking a stuck decision.
- Project engagements: scoped work with clear deliverables: an AI adoption rollout, an on-premise AI deployment, an architecture design, a modernization plan.
- Ongoing retainer: a set number of hours per month for teams that want an architect on call.
